Location: Annapolis, MD | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Pay Rate: $34.66/hour | Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time)

As an Incident Manager – Tier 2, you’ll be the critical point of escalation ensuring uptime, performance, and resolution of network issues that directly impact aviation communications. Your leadership in fast-paced situations will help prevent delays, ensure safety, and maintain the trust of global aviation stakeholders.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Monitor the CAS Network Operations Center’s management systems for incidents and outages
Lead incident response, driving real-time resolution with telecom providers and internal teams
Track and update incident status in management tools with precision and urgency
Troubleshoot and resolve network/system issues – ranging from basic to moderate complexity
Collaborate with Senior Team Members on escalated cases and contribute to continuous service improvement
Ensure consistent availability and functionality of IP networks, messaging systems, and air-to-ground comms
Participate in system deployment and configuration, identifying ways to enhance efficiency
Interface directly with Aerospace customers, offering guidance and solutions
Work occasional weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7/365 operation center (this role is not rotating; standard hours are fixed at 7 AM–3:30 PM)
Network+ Certification
Proven experience with TCP/IP, Cisco devices, and BGP/HSRP routing protocols
Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM concepts
AA/AS degree or equivalent 2-year technical training with 1–2 years of experience OR
HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
CCNA Certification
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, Netcool, and Office 365
