JOB TITLE: C-17 Technical Publication Delivery Specialist
LOCATION: Warner Robins, GA
PAY RATE: $44/hour

Summary:

Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to customers in accordance with established guidelines, processes, and specifications.

Determines documentation and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract expectations.

Gathers source materials, assembles final technical end-products, and conducts quality reviews to ensure compliance.

Delivers or publishes content in the correct format as required, resolving any discrepancies as needed.

Maintains accurate delivery records, manages customer access to online technical content, and ensures the integrity of the technical data library.

Supports the identification of documentation requirements, performs regular quality checks, and ensures timely and accurate distribution of technical publications.

Requirements:

Regular and predictable attendance is required

Education/experience typically acquired through an Associate s degree and 1 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination such as a Bachelor s degree and 3 years of related experience

Proficiency with S1000D XML

Experience with Interactive Electronic Maintenance Manuals (IETMs/IETPs)

Strong proficiency with standard technical software tools

Solid research and analytical skills

Team-oriented and collaborative approach

High adaptability in a dynamic environment

Effective communication skills

Demonstrates integrity and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
