PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, loading, and monitoring furnace operations to ensure the production of high-quality components. What You’ll Do
Prepare and load key components into industrial furnaces
Monitor furnace performance and make real-time adjustments
Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Participate in safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous machining experience
Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Preferred Traits:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent observation and communication skills

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
