PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Support Specialist to support New Product Development (NPD) and Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) at our Tempe site. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with engineering, project management, and data management teams to ensure the smooth movement and certification of hardware. What You’ll Do
Perform two daily hardware delivery runs across the Tempe site
Support the Hardware Management team by expediting NPD hardware movement
Assist the Data Management team with supplier hardware certification documentation
Ensure timely and accurate handling of hardware and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical or documentation issues
What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Familiarity with hardware logistics or certification documentation
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
