Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Second Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)
Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

As a Cycle Counter, you’ll be the backbone of inventory accuracy—ensuring every part, tool, and component is accounted for. Your precision and reliability will directly impact the success of high-stakes aerospace missions.

 What You’ll Do

• Inventory Accuracy: Perform daily cycle counts and verify item quantities and conditions.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records using barcodes and computerized inventory systems.
• Stock Transactions: Execute inventory movements and adjustments in the system.
• Shipping & Receiving: Support order pulling and shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
• Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

 What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma)
• 2–3 years of experience in cycle counting or inventory control
• Experience in shipping and receiving environments
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and consistent attendance

Preferred:

• Experience with kitting and order picking
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems
