Summary:
Lead and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced MRO environment.
Ensure compliance with all FAA and customer maintenance requirements and oversees a team of skilled mechanics.
Supervise and prioritize team activities across multiple specialties
Ensure all work complies with FAA and customer technical data
Oversee return-to-service procedures and airworthiness standards
Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, and Materials departments
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training opportunities
Maintain efficient communication with leads, mechanics, and upper management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience
At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance leadership experience
Valid Airframe or A&P Certification
Must be willing to travel and work overtime
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments
Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
Must meet DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements
Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 25 lbs. unaided and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and overhead
Normal or corrected vision and full range of motion
