Summary:
Supports production efforts by performing basic fabrication of aircraft interior components, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
Working with various materials and tools, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and collaborating within a team environment.
Fabricate detailed components and perform value-added tasks to support assembly.
Assemble components into finished interior assemblies.
Operate various fabrication machines and hand tools.
Interpret basic blueprints and process specifications accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance and complete full shifts as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant work experience.
Experience in aerospace production strongly preferred.
Skilled in using air tools, hand tools, and performing tasks such as riveting, edge potting, and general assembly.
Familiarity with aluminum and Nomex materials.
Ability to interpret blueprints and production specifications.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work outside of core business hours if needed.
Some travel may be required.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and step stools.
Lift up to 25 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Perform tasks in standing, stooping, kneeling, and confined positions.
Normal or corrected vision, including color and close vision.
Manual dexterity and full range of hand motion.
Comfortable working in non-dust-free environments.
