Summary:

This is an entry-level position for candidates interested in aircraft interiors.

Fabricate and install upholstery, cover panels, and create simple patterns based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Use of commercial sewing machines, sergers, or hand tools related to upholstery or carpet trades

Perform upholstery tasks according to design, FAA, and specifications

Fit and install panels, headliners, sidewalls, bulkheads, and windows

Cut, surge, and install carpet; create carpet patterns per design drawings

Fabricate and install metal parts and various interior components

Utilize material tracking system to create parts demand, record issues, and sign off work

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED require

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents

Skilled in using measuring tools and performing basic math

Basic computer literacy

Physically able to climb ladders/stairs, work in confined spaces, lift up to 40 lbs, and work any shift

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
