Schedule: Rotating Shifts – Flexibility Required

Be the Backbone of Aerospace Production

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Coordinator to support operations at a leading aerospace facility. In this critical role, you’ll ensure the smooth and timely flow of materials that power the production of cutting-edge aerospace systems. Your coordination skills will directly impact the success of high-stakes missions and advanced technologies.

 What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies across departments.
• Review production schedules and collaborate with supervisors to prioritize material needs.
• Requisition and track materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
• Manage in-plant transfers and verify material types and quantities.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory using computer-based systems.
• Support operations with part transportation, inventory validation, and warehouse logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

 What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in stockroom/crib procedures and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with computer-based inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable with PPE, noise exposure, and elevated platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.
