Location: Chula Vista, CA
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (First Shift)
Pay Rate: $30.36/hour
Work Environment: Fully On-Site

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Join a high-performance team in the aerospace industry, where your work directly supports global airline operations. As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and the solutions they need—ensuring aircraft stay in the sky and customers stay satisfied.

 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for airlines, MROs, and brokers regarding aftermarket spare parts.
• Guide customers through our global Spares and Technical Service portal.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering and MRO teams to meet customer needs.
• Handle credit negotiations and invoice follow-ups.
• Lead real-time problem resolution and provide regular reports to management.
• Process orders and quotes, and redirect queries as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to track and expedite orders.
• Communicate engineering changes to customer purchasing teams.
• Support sales teams and identify inside sales opportunities.
• Promote products and services to meet business goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work alternate shifts or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multilingual communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace or technical customer service.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customer portals.
