PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electronical Technician to join our Electronic Fabrication (eFab) team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with engineers and technicians to build, fabricate, and repair advanced test equipment and avionics systems. What You’ll Do

• Assemble, modify, and repair:

• Cable harnesses

• Circuit cards (including micro-electronics)

• Break-out boxes and test adapters

• Power controllers and EMI fixtures

• Full-up test stations and racks

1. Support red-label avionics product builds and repairs

2. Collaborate with engineering teams to recommend build improvements and solve technical challenges

3. Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics and prints

4. Use a wide range of tools including soldering irons, crimpers, voltmeters, continuity testers, and more
   What You Bring
   Required Qualifications:

   • Minimum 7 years of technician experience

   • Strong experience in test equipment build, fabrication, and repair (e.g., CCAs, cables, control panels, break-out boxes)

   • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics

   • Skilled in soldering, crimping, and using standard electronic and mechanical tools

   • Familiarity with IPC standards (certification preferred)

   • Experience working on red-label products and troubleshooting electronics

   • Comfortable using SAP and computer-based tools

   • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
