Senior ISC Project Management Manager

Description:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and driven Sr ISC Project Management Manager to lead a critical enterprise-wide initiative. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the coordination and transfer of all Permits, Licenses, and Registrations (PLRs) to a newly formed legal entity—ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity across the organization. 
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Lead the identification, collection, and consolidation of all active PLRs across business units and jurisdictions. 
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to validate PLR data and assess transferability. 
  • Liaise with external regulatory agencies to document transfer or novation requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to track PLR status and progress. 
  • Create and manage detailed action plans for each PLR transfer, including timelines and documentation. 
  • Proactively identify risks and remove blockers through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance throughout the transition process. 
 
What You Bring 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in legal, regulatory, or compliance-focused environments 
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Smartsheet, etc.) 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Advanced degree or PMP certification 
  • Experience with regulatory permit/license transfers across jurisdictions 
  • Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass for time reporting

Pay Details: $65.00 to $69.00 per hour
