Senior Engineering Program Manager

Description:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead capital project planning and execution at a dynamic industrial facility. This is a fully onsite, day-shift role where you’ll play a key part in shaping operational efficiency and long-term site strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs
  • Support integration of new product lines and facility moves for upcoming contracts
  • Develop detailed scopes, timelines, and resource plans for projects
  • Conduct equipment pricing and vendor sourcing based on technical requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Present project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of capital project planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
