Summary:

This role centers on equipment development, implementation, and improvement, including electrical schematic review, control panel design, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Develop complex equipment concepts and solutions based on program and project needs.

Analyze technical data to evaluate impact on design, usability, and production rates.

Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, maintainability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards.

Create bid and purchase specifications for equipment procurement.

Troubleshoot production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability.

Develop and implement solutions while maintaining hardware configurations and documentation.

Conduct asset studies and provide recommendations for disposition.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering

2+ years of project management experience supporting complex technical initiatives

Experience evaluating equipment solutions and assessing electrical system requirements

1+ years of programming experience (e.g., Java, SQL)

Knowledge of industry standards for electrical system design

Background in automation and robotics

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
