PDS Tech Commercial is urgently hiring a Logistics Clerk to support critical aerospace logistics operations in El Paso, TX. As a Logistics Clerk, you’ll be a key player in managing the flow of materials that power aerospace operations. From coordinating shipments to organizing inventory, your attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily logistical activities including inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehousing.

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Operate a forklift safely to move, organize, and transport goods as needed.

• Serve as a liaison between customers, freight carriers, and shipping departments.

• Troubleshoot shipping delays and resolve detention issues to maintain on-time performance.

• Review and adjust inventory records to ensure data accuracy.

• Evaluate shipping costs and recommend cost-saving strategies aligned with Department of Defense guidelines.

What You Bring:

Required:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse coordination.

• Proficient forklift operation experience (this is a must).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to start quickly—candidates must onboard within two weeks of their start date.

Preferred:

• Experience coordinating with freight carriers or government/commercial shipping procedures.

• Familiarity with shipping compliance within the aerospace or defense industry.
