PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Aircraft Technician – Maintenance & Repair to help uphold the highest standards in the aviation industry. In this critical hands-on role, you'll ensure aircraft remain safe, operational, and ready for takeoff — with a focus on precision, safety, and reliability. What You’ll Be Doing — Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

As a Senior Aircraft Technician, your expertise will directly impact aircraft safety and performance. You’ll be responsible for: 

• Conducting detailed inspections, repairs, replacements, installations, and alignments of aircraft parts and systems 

• Performing operational checks and troubleshooting on key aircraft systems including: 

• Fuel systems 

• Hydraulics 

• Landing gear 

• Fuselage, rotor systems, and engine controls 

• Supporting flight tests and customer delivery inspections, including interface and problem resolution 

• Completing all tasks with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and FAA compliance 
   

What You’ll Bring Onboard — Qualifications 

Required: 

• Minimum 6 years of aviation maintenance experience — must include helicopter maintenance 

• FAA A&P license or the ability to qualify for a Repairman Certificate (requires 18 months of maintenance experience on Customer helicopters) 

• Solid understanding of standard practices and troubleshooting techniques 

• Ability to perform physical duties required for aircraft maintenance (lifting, squatting, operating tools, PPE usage) 

Preferred: 

• Safran Turbomeca engine experience 

• Prior experience in customer-facing delivery preparation or test flights 

  
   

Physical & Operational Requirements 

• Onsite work: 90% 

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs / 28 kg, operate production tools, and wear PPE (e.g., safety shoes, hearing protection) 

• Travel-ready on short notice when needed 

• Must be comfortable working on helicopter systems and components
