Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst 4 - 100% ONSITE

Description:
Shifts: 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Onsite/remote/hybrid: 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA

Develops and maintains fleet-wide aircraft maintenance forecasts and schedules for a specified operator and/or single aircraft type. Creates and issues aircraft-specific work packages at the line and base maintenance levels. Validates aircraft, parts and materials are scheduled and routed per plan. Reconciles maintenance plans to accommodate operational events. Monitors operational activities and aircraft on the ground maintenance events. Coordinates operator recovery plans for operational disruptions due to scheduled maintenance activities

Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on:
• Creates and issues line and base maintenance level work packages.
• Reconciles maintenance plans to accommodate operational events.
• Assists in monitoring operational activities and reporting activities to the customer.

Hard skillset/background/education requirements (top 1-5):
1. Aircraft Maintenance Planning experience
2. Aircraft Maintenance Program (scheduled maintenance) experience
3. Aircraft Maintenance MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) experience
4. Excel experience
5. Aircraft maintenance software experience

Plusses:
+ TRAX experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
