We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of a high-profile, multi-year, multi-site national program. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects from design through turnover, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and contractual compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate efforts to meet deliverables on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national, multi-site projects across all phases: design, execution, testing, closeout, and turnover.

• Ensure projects meet all contractual obligations, schedules, and financial targets.

• Drive consistent quality across all project deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage change, mitigate risk, and resolve construction disputes proactively.

• Monitor project progress through detailed reporting and intervention strategies.

• Supervise subcontractors and internal resources across engineering, construction, and technical domains.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture-engineering and design/build environments.

• 5+ years in the competitive construction industry with projects exceeding $4 million.

• 3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), and/or Security Systems.

• Familiarity with NFPA 72 and 101, and fire alarm systems (for fire-related projects).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).

• Certifications such as:

• XLS140/XLS3000 Fire Detection & Mass Notification Systems

• Xtralis Vesda Accreditation

• NICET Level III or higher (especially for fire-related projects)
