Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Consultant (24-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate: $49.00 – $50.00/hr (based on experience)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s FP&A team supporting a leading aerospace business focused on engine nozzles. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial strategy, leading capital planning, and supporting critical operational decisions across cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do:

Financial Reporting & Close

• Manage timely and accurate monthly close processes and quarterly accounting tasks

• Analyze financial results against forecasts, budgets, and historical trends

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments per policy

• Provide detailed variance analysis and reporting for leadership

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business objectives

Capital Planning & Asset Management

• Lead the evaluation and prioritization of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects

• Develop and manage the annual capital budget

• Track monthly project spending and align with financial targets

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions and timelines

• Drive process improvement across fixed asset management initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting, ideally within manufacturing

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and OneStream

• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, or MBA

• Experience supporting CAPEX or fixed asset financials

• Previous consulting or hybrid work experience
