Note: This is a dedicated 2nd shift role. No transfer to 1st shift will be permitted.

Summary:
Support the assembly of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques.
Operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, screen printing solder paste, applying adhesives, and conducting quality checks.
Operate SMT and/or through-hole automatic assembly equipment
Perform set-up, adjustments, and routine maintenance
Screen print solder paste (manual or semi-automatic)
Operate adhesive dispensing and reflow oven equipment
Load components onto feeders and SMT placement equipment
Hand place SMT components as needed
Use hand tools such as soldering irons, flux, and adhesives
Perform inspections using AOI, X-ray, and stencil printing equipment
Identify and correct defects using schematics, drawings, and visual aids
Requirements:
Must be able to read and write in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Previous machine operator experience is highly preferred
(Candidates with prior machine operating backgrounds tend to excel in this role.)
Familiarity with SMT processes and inspection tools
Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly environments
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
