Summary:
Apply sealing compounds (Scotch Cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal) and conduct pressure testing per blueprints and process specifications
Complete seal progression data transactions and perform necessary rework, pickups, or change incorporation
Use precision measuring tools and report any job handicaps (errors, tools, procedures)
Support product flow through coaching, assisting, and training peers
Document discrepancies per established specifications and procedures
Perform aerodynamic and large-structure sealing
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have relevant work experience
Must be able to work any shift
Training will be provided in Wichita, KS (includes SEA092, SEA083, ASY050, and standard online modules)
Overtime may be available depending on workload
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with integral fuel cell sealing
Ability to perform major assembly/large structure sealing
