Are you a data-driven financial expert with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering insights that matter? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Power & Controls Aftermarket in Windsor Locks, CT. As a key player in the aerospace industry, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time Consultant – 12 Months), you’ll be the go-to expert for Aftermarket budgeting and reporting. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining advanced budget analysis tools for department heads and budget administrators.

• Analyzing internal financial statements and investigating significant variances.

• Training and guiding stakeholders on financial tools and consistent monthly reporting.

• Documenting procedures and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.

• Supporting government accounting budgeting requests tied to department budgets.

 Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial communications.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP and/or OneStream.

• Previous work in aerospace or a highly regulated industry.

• Demonstrated success in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
