Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to support high-impact aircraft interiors programs for a premier aerospace organization. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

Make an Impact:

As a Transformation Program Manager, you’ll lead all phases of program execution—development, testing, certification, and delivery—to support entry-into-service (EIS) for new airline customers. You’ll serve as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring quality, timeliness, and satisfaction at every step.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily program operations including scheduling, customer and IPT reviews, and management meetings.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, quality, and performance goals are met.

• Maintain and monitor documentation in compliance with contractual and internal business procedures.

• Manage risk and opportunity assessments across the program.

• Guide financial reporting activities and ensure accurate monthly updates.

• Coordinate production timelines with supply chain and operations teams to meet customer requirements.

• Facilitate strong internal and external communication through status updates and stakeholder meetings.

• Represent customer expectations within the program and maintain excellent customer relationships.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Proven program/project management experience (8+ years)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Experience in cross-functional leadership, customer communication, and program cadence management

• Ability to manage product development cycles and transition to production

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Project

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments

• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Familiarity with Risk & Opportunity Management practices

• Experience managing development programs at OEM suppliers
