PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support one of the world’s most innovative aerospace leaders. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be instrumental in building high-performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, and mission-critical functions. Your day-to-day will include:
Developing Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to design targeted sourcing plans that align with business needs and future growth.
Proactive Talent Pipelining: Cultivate relationships with passive and active candidates, especially in niche and high-demand areas, using tools like LinkedIn, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Boolean searches, and niche platforms.
Employer Brand Building: Leverage social media and professional networks to elevate the employer brand and increase engagement with hard-to-reach talent pools.
Market Intelligence: Research industry trends and competitor landscapes to influence sourcing strategy and candidate positioning.
Diversity-Focused Sourcing: Identify and engage diverse candidates to promote inclusive hiring practices across technical disciplines.
Candidate Management: Track sourcing efforts in ATS and CRM systems, ensuring pipeline visibility, activity updates, and data accuracy.
Agile Recruitment Support: Adjust sourcing efforts to meet shifting priorities across teams and programs.
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of sourcing experience, or 9+ years of sourcing in lieu of degree
Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, and manufacturing talent
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Boolean search techniques
Strong collaboration skills with recruiters and hiring managers
Digital fluency and a robust online professional network
Experience sourcing cleared talent (Secret, TS/SCI, Full Scope Poly)
Familiarity with agile recruiting frameworks and adaptive sourcing strategies
Aerospace or Department of Defense sourcing experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly changing hiring needs
