Supplier Data Requirements Lists Specialist

Description:
Responsible for the review, coordination, and timely submission of Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) to meet contract requirements and customer expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all SDRL-related activities, ensuring the accurate and compliant delivery of contractual deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review contract documents, Statement of Work (SOW), and SDRL requirements to ensure understanding of deliverable obligations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, program management, contracts) to gather the necessary information, documentation, and approvals required for each SDRL submittal.
• Prepare and submit SDRL documentation packages in accordance with contract requirements, customer formats, and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of SDRL submissions, status, and customer feedback using appropriate tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or project management tools).
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer’s Data Requirements Management (DRM) or Contracts team for SDRL-related communications.
• Support audits, reviews, and inspections by providing accurate documentation and responding to customer inquiries.
• Monitor and report on SDRL performance metrics, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes and work instructions for SDRL management.
• Assist with training and onboarding of team members in SDRL best practices and requirements.

Qualifications:
• Required:
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
o Ability to interpret contract requirements and technical documents.
o Prior experience in document control, configuration management, or data management in a technical environment.
• Preferred:
o Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD-881, MIL-STD-961, or equivalent.
o Experience working in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
o Knowledge of configuration/data management tools (e.g., Windchill, SharePoint, or equivalent).
o Understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements as related to data deliverables.
