Are you detail-driven with experience in manufacturing and inventory control? Step into a key quality role in the aerospace industry with PDS Tech Commercial. We’re seeking a Quality Production Specialist – Material Review Board to support one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers in ensuring excellence and safety across all production stages.

The Role & Its Impact

In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of a critical team supporting the review, validation, and resolution of product nonconformances. Your efforts will directly impact the quality, compliance, and performance of aerospace systems, making sure every component meets the highest standards before reaching the skies.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

What You’ll Do

• Assist with reviewing product non-conformances and validating dispositions and procedures

• Support analysis and investigations to evaluate product and process quality

• Participate in root cause investigations and help implement corrective/preventive actions

• Collect data and offer recommendations on nonconforming hardware or processes

• Help obtain and verify corrective actions and monitor their implementation

• Create airplane-specific airborne software packages

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with engineering-defined storage and handling requirements

• Work under general supervision with growing responsibility and autonomy

What You Bring

Required:

• Experience in inventory control, especially managing defective parts

• Background in manufacturing or production environments

Preferred:

• Prior experience

• Aviation or aerospace background

• Familiarity with MRSA (Material Review Segregation Area)
