Pay Rate: $38.85 – $48.94/hour

We’re currently seeking a Quality Production Specialist – Material Review Board to join our client’s team in North Charleston, SC. In this critical role, you will help safeguard the integrity of aerospace components by identifying, analyzing, and resolving nonconformances—ensuring that only the highest-quality products take flight.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

What You'll Do: Daily Responsibilities

• Review and validate product nonconformances, quality procedures, and engineering requirements

• Assist in root cause analysis of nonconforming products, plans, and processes

• Gather and analyze data to recommend corrective/preventive actions

• Help develop and document resolution strategies for quality issues

• Support coordination and execution of corrective actions with relevant teams

• Verify internal replication systems meet company and regulatory standards

• Create airplane-specific airborne software packages

• Conduct audits to ensure proper storage and handling of engineering media

• Work under general supervision while gaining valuable aerospace insight

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory control, especially managing defective parts

• Background in manufacturing or production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience

• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry

• Familiarity with MRSA (Material Review Segregation Area) operations
