About the Role
As a Test Technician (Full-Time, Consultant - 12 Months), you will play a vital role in supporting the testing and qualification of aircraft components. Your work ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, disassemble, and perform functional/electrical tests on complex aircraft components

• Operate test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers

• Troubleshoot electronic components and document test results

• Monitor and record data throughout the testing lifecycle

• Use hand/machine tools, electronic test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and SAP-based work instructions

• Comply with quality, safety, and hazardous material procedures

• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and keep processes on track

• Train others and participate in audits and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications You’ll Need

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience with test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic component testing

• Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and procedures

• Proficient in SAP and other computer-based tools

• Willingness to work Second Shift (Monday – Friday)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the aerospace industry

• Certification in electronics or mechanical systems

• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methods
