Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing testing and inspection procedures to ensure product compliance with quality standards and applicable government regulations.

Testing raw materials, chemicals, and finished products; auditing results to ensure specifications are met; and advising operational units on quality control standards.

Recommend corrective actions when necessary and assist in the development of quality control manuals for the plant.

Develop and implement testing and inspection procedures

Conduct tests on raw materials, chemicals, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements

Audit test results and assess compliance with product specifications

Provide guidance on quality control standards for materials and finished goods

Recommend corrective actions as needed

Develop and maintain plant quality control documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree

3 5 years of Quality Control experience

ISO 9001 or AS9100 certification

Hands-on experience with ordnance/explosives (rockets and missiles), preferably in a military setting

Advanced knowledge of government compliance standards and quality management systems

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
