Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (8AM–5PM)
Pay Rate: $54.37 per hour

At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a sharp, analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant who’s ready to step into a critical role within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the site controller, you will support the Everett-based business with key planning, forecasting, and analysis to influence decision-making and deliver measurable impact.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
As an FP&A Consultant, your day-to-day will include:
Preparing and presenting monthly internal and external financial reports.
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Program Management, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to assess financial risks and opportunities.
Supporting forecasts for bookings, revenue, earnings, and cash flow.
Delivering detailed variance analysis against forecasts and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
Assisting with month-end closing processes and maintaining regular financial reporting cadence.
Uploading and analyzing production hours data.
Providing back-up support to accounting staff as needed.
Responding to ad-hoc financial requests in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
Strong background in variance analysis and financial forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with FP&A, cost accounting, and burden rate analysis.
Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or engineering-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial platforms such as OneStream or Hyperion.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
