JOB TITLE: Quality Technical Analyst
LOCATION: Kinston, NC (On-site Local candidates preferred)
PAY RATE: Up to $55/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Implement processes, systems, and equipment to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of company-produced or procured products and services.
Analyze quality systems to validate the integrity of decisions impacting product and service performance.
Evaluate contractual, product definition, and specification requirements.
Test products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems to verify compliance and capability.
Ensure processes support effective configuration management.
Participate in design and product reviews to confirm producibility, inspectability, reliability, and system safety align with quality and business objectives.
Support and drive corrective actions to reduce or eliminate nonconformances.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Apply statistical methods to maintain or improve safety, reliability, and process capability.
Serve as the primary quality interface between manufacturing and the customer to resolve and reduce defects.
Lead root cause problem-solving initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, and Program Management.
Track and follow up on all actions to ensure timely completion with documented objective evidence.
Drive timely completion of RCCAs (Root Cause and Corrective Actions) in manufacturing.
Act as subject matter expert for quality engineering and problem-solving methodologies.
Design, program, and implement a fully functional RCCA application/tool.
Requirements:
- 7 10 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
