What You’ll Do
In this role, you won’t just turn wrenches—you’ll bring flight systems to life. You'll:

• Conduct detailed pre- and post-flight inspections of avionics and instrumentation systems

• Maintain and troubleshoot prototype aircraft electronics and electrical systems

• Assist with installation, calibration, and testing of data acquisition and flight test equipment

• Support test operations with activities like towing, weighing, and configuring aircraft

• Operate and interpret test equipment to ensure accurate system performance

• Work closely with engineers on test setups, system validation, and data integrity

• Travel as needed to support flight testing at offsite locations

• Take part in process improvements that enhance safety, accuracy, and innovation

What You Bring
Required:

• 1+ year of experience in aerospace, avionics, or related electrical systems work

• Training or coursework in basic avionics or electronics

• Ability to read and interpret aircraft schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency with flight operations systems and tools

Preferred:

• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation

• Experience working on experimental or prototype aircraft

• Understanding of avionics technologies, physics, and flight test principles
