Location: Tukwila, WA | Shift: 1st shift flex start time between 5:00 am and 8:00 am - 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm | Pay Rate: $52.22 - $65.40

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a highly motivated Product Support Engineer to contribute to a major aerospace leader’s product lifecycle—directly influencing design, repair analysis, and the future of aircraft systems.
As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll develop critical technical documentation, interpret engineering data, and provide world-class support solutions to ensure the safety, reliability, and maintainability of next-generation aircraft.
In this role, you will:
Interpret and analyze engineering, reliability, and supply chain data to develop detailed maintenance instructions
Recommend supportability strategies and define operational maintenance tasks and resource needs
Develop logistics support analysis (LSA) reports and identify candidates for logistics support
Write and update technical documentation for aircraft system operation, maintenance, testing, and inspection
Review and revise maintenance instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA)
Track and manage task completion using Company workflow tools
Perform quality reviews on maintenance deliverables and analyze repair procedures
Influence product design and maintenance strategies to enhance long-term supportability and maintainability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (ABET accreditation preferred but not required)
Typically 5+ years of engineering experience with a bachelor's degree
3+ years with a master’s degree
Relevant experience accepted with a PhD
Must have relevant experience
Strong understanding of Redars for reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Hands-on experience with technical publications and maintenance task analysis
Prior experience with product support analysis
Familiarity with Slicwave for logistics and maintenance data management
Proven background in aviation engineering (2+ years minimum)
Experience collaborating across functional teams outside your core discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CSDT and CM Pro tools
Prior exposure to repair analysis and logistics modeling in aviation programs
