PAY RATE: $29.75/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel or Gasoline Mechanic to support operations involving military vehicles and heavy machinery. This is an on-site position at our New Mexico location. Candidates must have experience working with large engines and be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of mechanical equipment and integrated systems

Provide technical support on equipment, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations

Troubleshoot and repair gasoline and diesel engines

Perform maintenance on heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and other large-engine machinery

Work as a mechanic on HIMARS, M270, and other military vehicles (no prior military vehicle experience required)

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance

Experience with large engines (gasoline and/or diesel)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Familiarity with heavy equipment or military vehicles is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Diesel mechanic experience with bulldozers or large diesel engines

Experience with gasoline engines

Must wear safety shoes

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
