Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in manufacturing and materials planning? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a Materials Scheduler! In this role, you’ll oversee forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan and Schedule: Oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes to ensure a smooth and timely production cycle. 

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations daily. 

• Inventory Management: Review order quantities, confirm inventory needs 1-3 weeks in advance, and communicate the production schedule for each product. 

• Production Scheduling: Plan production schedules for 2-16 weeks, ensuring optimal inventory levels and smooth flow of materials. 

• Material Coordination: Communicate material needs to procurement and ensure accurate inventory levels relative to production capacity. 

• Target Setting: Set and monitor targets for master production planning, material requirements planning, and production scheduling. 

• Assist Operations: Support production management in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assembly operations. 

• Continuous Improvement: Improve SOPs for capturing granular details in the inventory process and enhance production efficiency. 

• Forecasting: Develop a structured forecasting system using business volume history, customer demands, and production metrics. 

• Supply Flow Monitoring: Monitor material supply flow, identify shortages or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve any issues. 

• Reporting: Generate and deliver reports on findings and production performance to help with decision-making. 

Qualifications 

• Experience: At least 2-4 years of manufacturing experience in a production-related field. 

• Technical Skills: Experience with SAP ERP (required for at least 1 year) or equivalent ERP systems. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Project, Smartsheet). 

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and quality focus. 

• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate in a technical work environment. 

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
