JOB TITLE: RS Aircraft Upholstery Technician II - 2nd Shift

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Fabricate and install flat panels and curtains; sew basic covers
Work with materials such as fabric, vinyl, leather, composites, and adhesives using hand and power tools
Cut and surge carpets, install bulkheads, side panels, headliners, and hatch/window panels
Use material tracking systems to create part demands, log work, and track discrepancies
Support process improvements using Lean Manufacturing techniques
Follow all safety and 5S guidelines; use PPE appropriately
Address unsafe conditions immediately
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience using commercial sewing machines, sergers, or hand tools related to upholstery or carpet trades
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering docs
Skilled in measuring tools and basic math
Computer literacy required
Physically able to lift 40 lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders/stairs, and work any shift
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
