JOB TITLE: Flight Readiness Inspector (Licensed)
LOCATION: North Charleston, SC
PAY RATE: $44/hour

Job Details:

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension) Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna) Perks: Bonus potential + Priority as a Tier 1 supplier Opportunities: Thousands of openings nationwide Flexibility to work any shift as required:

1st: 6:00am 2:30pm

2nd: 2:30pm 11:00pm

3rd: 10:30pm 6:00am

Teamwear: Provided on-site through the South Carolina teamwear store.

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Perform inspections on flight test installations and functional testing.

Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify faults and document discrepancies.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks; verify the accuracy and quality of completed work.

Resolve issues found during testing and operation of deliverable products.

Support system and sub-system inspections and maintenance prior to aircraft delivery.

Plan and schedule tasks independently, with review upon completion for quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Must be willing and able to work any shift, including nights and weekends.

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required, or relevant experience qualifying for an FAA Repairman Certificate.

Minimum 1 year of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.

Minimum 1 year of avionics and/or electrical systems experience.

Experience with the 787 program.

Prior work in a team-oriented environment.

Leadership experience (formal or informal).

Background in airlines, MRO, or aircraft overhaul.

Experience with computing and operating systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Team-oriented mindset and adaptability.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Comparable Companies Seeking Similar Skillsets: Airbus & Gulfstream
