Manufacturing Technician

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to revolutionary systems that impact lives worldwide—today and for generations to come.
Assist engineers with manufacturing operations, including setup and calibration.
Perform rework and quality testing on components and final assemblies.
Use specialized programs to collect data and make on-the-fly production adjustments.
Help develop and follow procedures to optimize the manufacturing process.
Support experimentation and testing alongside engineering teams.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
High school diploma or equivalent (education will be verified).
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings.
Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic geometry/math.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow detailed written instructions.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing.
Familiarity with epoxy and silicone adhesives.
Comfort handling hazardous materials per OSHA standards.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
