About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to revolutionary systems that impact lives worldwide—today and for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with manufacturing operations, including setup and calibration.

• Perform rework and quality testing on components and final assemblies.

• Use specialized programs to collect data and make on-the-fly production adjustments.

• Help develop and follow procedures to optimize the manufacturing process.

• Support experimentation and testing alongside engineering teams.

• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (education will be verified).

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings.

• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic geometry/math.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow detailed written instructions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing.

• Familiarity with epoxy and silicone adhesives.

• Comfort handling hazardous materials per OSHA standards.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
