JOB TITLE: Systems Design & Integration Specialist 3

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Support complex, mission-critical AV systems for proprietary programs.

Focus on the design, integration, installation, and support of AV solutions for government and commercial customers operating in high-security environments.

Identify, evaluate, and document AV system requirements

Assist with design, build, testing, and deployment of AV components

Translate customer needs into system architecture and technical requirements

Integrate hardware/software and perform upgrades in support of operational networks

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate system readiness, usability, and performance

Resolve complex AV and system-level issues

Ensure compliance with technical and architectural standards

Requirements:

Must have an active Top Secret Clearance

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Typically 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master s + 3 years, 9+ years total experience, etc.)

Active Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP); must obtain Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) post-start

3+ years of experience with large-scale AV system setup and support

3+ years of AV system integration, design, and implementation

3+ years of experience communicating technical subjects to customers

CTS or CTS-I certification

Proficiency in CAD/Visio for creating signal flow diagrams and system documentation

Experience with control systems (e.g., Cisco Hyperflex, Crestron, Thinklogical)

Familiarity with audio DSPs (e.g., Biamp, QSC)

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
