JOB TITLE: Machinist - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $38/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and drawings

Operate and adjust precision machines to maintain product quality

Interpret engineering drawings and process documentation

Select/install tools, monitor machining operations, and perform routine equipment maintenance

Maintain accurate production data and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Interim Secret Clearance required at offer stage

Basic computer and math skills

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine operations

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and entry-level programming from models

Understanding of ESD procedures and machine safety protocols

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow

Steel-toe shoes required

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
