Position: Interior Craftsperson
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $27–$40/hr | Shift: 1st Shift Available

Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior components to customer specifications
Document all work in compliance with manuals, procedures, and regulatory standards
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance in every task
Participate in 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate with teams on both planned and unplanned aircraft maintenance
Support cleaning, prep, and detailing tasks as required
Travel on international assignments or assist at off-site locations when needed
Experience & Skills:
0–2 years of interior installation or refurbishing experience (aviation, auto, RV, marine, etc.)
Experience working with wood finishes and soft goods
Strong knowledge of sanding, prepping, and refinishing veneer and hardwood
Proficient in applying stains, paints, polyester base coats, and urethane topcoats
Ability to break down cabinetry and components with precision
Familiarity with touch-up work and masking/unmasking parts
Mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Corporate jet experience is a major plus and highly valued on this team
