Schedule: Monday to Friday; Multi-Shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Pay Rate: $21.65 - $30.31 per hour

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Specialist to join a highly skilled team in Mesa, AZ. This critical position is part of a 24/7/365 security and emergency response operation supporting safety, property protection, and operational continuity across the aerospace industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and document emergency calls while dispatching and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels.

• Deliver clear and accurate information using Pre-Arrival Instructions per established protocols.

• Make timely notifications to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

• Collaborate with a highly trained team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in team training.

• Obtain and maintain Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification (training provided in-house).

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience multitasking in a team-oriented work environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/work experience.

• 1+ years in an emergency dispatch or Security & Fire Protection role, especially in a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).

• Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure.

• Skilled at managing multiple audio inputs and accurately logging data in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.

• Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
