About the Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing electronics assembly, machining processes, and capital equipment deployment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, lead Kaizen events, and mentor junior engineers—all while contributing to a culture of innovation and quality. Key Responsibilities
Implement and sustain lean production systems across electronics and machining operations.
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
Deploy and manage technical equipment, including custom functional test systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and support escalation processes.
Apply quality tools such as SPC, Cpk, and MSA to ensure product excellence.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical growth.
Technologies You’ll Work With
Light electrical assembly and custom test equipment
Automated equipment: programming, operation, and maintenance
Machining processes including milling and precision operations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or as a technician (preferably in PC board assembly, electrical systems, or machining)
Associate’s or technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
Proven experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Preferred Qualifications
Greenbelt or DFSS certification
Experience with Minitab and SAP
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS) tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $36.00 to $42.00 per hour
