Pay Rate: $56.78 – $71.11 per hour
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Systems Engineer – Airframe Integration & Verification (I&V) to support one of the most advanced aircraft platforms in modern aviation: the T-7 program. Based in the fast-growing St. Louis aerospace hub, you’ll be part of a high-performing Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team ensuring that critical airframe systems meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and innovation.
Lead the integration and verification of airframe systems, ensuring they meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements
Participate in flight test readiness, including test planning, matrix development, and execution coordination
Work closely with flight test teams, collecting and analyzing data to verify results and support improvements
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve integration challenges
Contribute to the development of specifications and requirements documentation
Analyze test data, recommend design optimizations, and drive continuous improvement
Support design reviews with a focus on manufacturability and testability
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across engineering teams
Stay current with cutting-edge tools, industry standards, and aerospace technologies
Provide regular task updates and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline
2–4 years of experience in airframe systems integration and verification
Deep understanding of airframe structures, materials, and systems
Experience with test planning, execution, and data interpretation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with T-7 platform or other advanced aerospace programs
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and MBSE methodologies
Knowledge of FAA, MIL-STD, or other regulatory standards for aircraft testing
Proficiency in simulation, modeling, and analysis tools
