PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Systems Engineer – Airframe Integration & Verification (I&V) to support one of the most advanced aircraft platforms in modern aviation: the T-7 program. Based in the fast-growing St. Louis aerospace hub, you’ll be part of a high-performing Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team ensuring that critical airframe systems meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the integration and verification of airframe systems, ensuring they meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Participate in flight test readiness, including test planning, matrix development, and execution coordination

• Work closely with flight test teams, collecting and analyzing data to verify results and support improvements

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve integration challenges

• Contribute to the development of specifications and requirements documentation

• Analyze test data, recommend design optimizations, and drive continuous improvement

• Support design reviews with a focus on manufacturability and testability

• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across engineering teams

• Stay current with cutting-edge tools, industry standards, and aerospace technologies

• Provide regular task updates and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline

• 2–4 years of experience in airframe systems integration and verification

• Deep understanding of airframe structures, materials, and systems

• Experience with test planning, execution, and data interpretation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with T-7 platform or other advanced aerospace programs

• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and MBSE methodologies

• Knowledge of FAA, MIL-STD, or other regulatory standards for aircraft testing

• Proficiency in simulation, modeling, and analysis tools
