Pay Rate: $82.27–$102.96/hour

We’re hiring a Project Planner Scheduler to support a leading aerospace client in El Segundo, CA. In this critical role, you’ll ensure complex aerospace programs run smoothly by building, analyzing, and maintaining detailed project schedules that drive performance and mission success.

What You'll Do

As a Project Planner Scheduler, you will:

• Independently develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules aligned with program goals and industry standards.

• Support Project Managers with analysis and scenario planning, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.

• Create and update reports, metrics, and impact assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct variance and trend analysis to evaluate constraints in development, production, or process improvement.

• Work to improve internal scheduling systems and implement best practices for project planning and controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to establish stakeholder requirements and deliver on project objectives.

• Manage earned value metrics and maintain resource-loaded schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or Milestone Professional.

• Act as the primary scheduling contact across multiple departments and support performance recovery efforts where needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience managing complex integrated project schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

• Strong background with earned value management (EVMS) and schedule baseline management.

• Expertise in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Milestone Professional.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage resource-loaded schedules.

• Experience leading teams or project phases.

Preferred:

• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.

• Experience with Agile, JIRA, and early development programs.

• In-scope CI Polygraph is a plus.
