JOB TITLE: Composite/Metal Assembly Tech
LOCATION: Salt Lake City, UT
PAY RATE: Up to $30/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Perform metals and composite assembly tasks (drilling, fastening, sealing, electrical bonding)

Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components

Conduct basic chemical conversion and paint preparation

Apply protective coatings for corrosion resistance and appearance

Set up and operate machining and metal fabrication equipment

Follow established work instructions and engineering drawings

This position is 100% onsite at one of the listed location options

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training

3+ months of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing

Familiarity with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, 5S)

Experience working with safety, quality, or production performance data

Ability to work any shift as needed

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and lift

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
