We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to fill critical hiring needs within our Engineering Workforce team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote and Teams. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on enhancing our recruitment and assessment processes and supporting hiring managers and focals to meet staffing demands.

Positions are 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Optimization: The Analyst will play a crucial role in streamlining our hiring process, ensuring timely resume reviews, and facilitating effective communication regarding candidate selection and interview scheduling.
• Collaboration and Coordination: The Analyst will work closely with the talent acquisition team to manage interview logistics, ensuring that the right individuals are involved in the selection process and that feedback is gathered promptly to inform hiring decisions.
• Interview Panel Development: The Analyst will ensure interviews are supported, confirming the availability of key stakeholders, and ensuring that the panel composition aligns with our hiring goals.
• Documentation and Tracking: The role involves creating and maintaining shared documentation to track candidates throughout the hiring process, providing visibility into the status of candidates and program needs.
• Feedback Implementation: The Analyst will help establish mechanisms for immediate feedback on interview outcomes and offer decisions, fostering a responsive and efficient hiring environment.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking is preferred.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
