Summary:

Assist in removing, installing, and testing avionics electrical components.

Support the fabrication of wire harnesses, installations, and terminations.

Help maintain logs, records, and comply with safety and quality standards.

Contribute to maintaining shop equipment and tools.

Collaborate on installations and modifications per engineering blueprints.

This role is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to build expertise in avionics and electrical systems while working under moderate supervision in a structured and supportive environment.

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED.

General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Basic multimeter operation skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer proficiency and familiarity with general software.

Desired Skills:

6 months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience.

Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of a youth apprenticeship program.
