Avionics Systems Engineer

Description:
The Avionics Systems engineer is responsible for all of the avionics and electrical integration.

Experience with Garmin, Rockwell Collins, and/or Honeywell avionics systems.

Experience with integration and certification of aviation navigation systems and components such as GPS/INS (EGI), Radar Altimeter (Radalt), TACAN, VOR, ILS/GS, etc.

Experience with SAE ARP4754/4761, DO-160, DO-201, DO-229, DO-236, AC 20-138 and 14 CFR Part 27 and 29

Experience with Aerospace engineering processes including requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirements validation, requirements verification, integration, embedded software, electronic systems, FAA/EASA/NAA certification, and system safety.
