Software Engineer

Description:
This position is for a software developer to support the design and development and/or maintenance of a signal processing ground station. This assignment will include requirements analysis, designing, coding, testing and integrating software. BS in CS/CE/EE/Math or related field is required.
The following are the required Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Object Oriented design and development techniques
- Minimum of 7 years experience with Java development
- Detailed understanding and extensive use of UML
- Experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture based systems
- Performed all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with formal software development methodologies and formal processes
- US citizenship is required

Additional desired skills:
- Some knowledge and experience with C++
- Experience using Clearcase software CM tool Location: CA - Sacramento
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
